Matt McGinnis Titans Design by Bobkitty23 Matt McGinnis Titans Design by Bobkitty23
Are people gonna get mad at me for not using the generic Nightwing logo for a "Robin Beyond" design? If so, then fuck you... God damn those shoulder pads are interesting... That's why Tim Drake was the well dressed of all the Robins... He had pants you see. What's that kids? Blue's Paw Print? Where? On the story? Oh my~!

Matthew McGinnis was five years old when his parents were killed by "The Phantasm," after being adopted by Damian Wayne, it was soon revealed his new "Father" was the Batman, and that he planned for Terry to become his Robin. After five years of being Robin, and believing it was time to pass the name on, Terry recommended to Damian that he should allow Matt to take over as Robin on their last mission together as a duo. Turns out, Damian had already planned for this and had begun working on three new suits for Batman, Nightwing and Robin. On their last mission, Damian suffered from a heart attack from too much poisonous gas exposure over his time as a hero, resulting in him not being able to walk without a cane. Matt then took over his brother's former position as Robin, fighting along side him and his new team of young heroes, reviving the name Titans, even gaining his love interest NightStar (Mar'i Grayson) to fight by his side.

A little dark for Robin but still very well done.

Well you can't have someone in full red trying to blend into the shadows, just won't work that way.

But NONE of the Robins ever blended into the shadows. That was the point. The bright colors along with their obvious youth made their opponents underestimate them.

Considering the Beyond modeled suit was meant to look like a dark and shadowy figure that would strike more fear into the enemy than the normal cape and cowl would so I made it so the Beyond design for Robin would be equally as dark as the Batman suit.

I'm not trying to hate on you or anything, I was just surprised. I disagree, but hey, to each their own, right.

I TAKE ALL OFFEN- I see your point in this little disagreement, everyone's too used to seeing Robin in Red and Green that it's hard to adapt to something other than that design, but it's not like I went ahead and decided to make him look like no other robin that will ever exist ever, like giving him a chainsaw leg, or his logo isn't a bird, it's a fish... Something dumb like that.

Kudos to you for that. And yeah, I'm one of those used to seeing Robin red & green. Maybe if there ever has been a darker Robin, it would be easier.
